The front desk staff, especially Kevin, provided exceptional customer service, making us feel at home. the complimentary breakfast was a highlight, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. Unfortunately, the dirty pool was a disappointment, especially for the kids on our spring break trip. Despite the setbacks, the hotel's location in a bustling shopping district and its proximity to George Bush Intercontinental Airport were convenient for our quick business trip. the spacious suites, complete with a full kitchen and luxury bedding, ensured a comfortable night's rest. We appreciated the on-site laundry facilities and 24-hour fitness center, making our stay both convenient and relaxing. While there were a few hiccups along the way, the warm hospitality and convenient location made it a memorable experience worth recommending to others.
